A sea chest from Sakata area in Yamagata prefecture made all of (solid) Keyaki wood
except for paulownia drawer interiors.
Keyaki drawers and a kendon door (drop-fit door) with iron lock plates characteristic of Sakata tansu.
With two keys, one for kendon door and the other for two drawers.
Lower right compartment has two small keyaki drawers behind a keyaki kendon door.
